Everything! The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I loved the hospitality, room, adventures, food, wifi but mostly the staff. They even surprised my fiance with a birthday cake and sang her happy birthday in 3 differentlanguages. I am surprised they knew what she looked like for that surprise. Very impressive. As well our flybondi flight got delayed on our way to Iguazu from Buenos Aires. Instead of arriving at 2 pm, we arrived at 4am the next day. The staff sent us a cab to pick us up at the airport and as well had a late dinner cooked for us to have upon our arrival. I have traveled the world and this is by far the best hospitality I have ever experienced.

Excellent location to visit the falls. Also close to the city downtown. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, everyone was polite and kind. There is a genuine care for the guests. Restaurant service was amazing, great food at the dinner and breakfast. For dinner, there is a wide variety of salads and antipasti. Dessert was delicious. The pool is large and clean, the children had a great time there. Room accommodates four guests very well, with comfortable beds, it's roomy, really clean and organized. We will surely come back!! We had a great time!

Comfortable rooms, reliable WiFi and very helpful staff, especially from Belen on the front desk. We had a lovely welcome on our arrival including a refreshing juice. Nice bar area to relax with a drink before dinner. Location is right amongst the forest so you can hear the animals and insects when the sun goes down. Spar option is great for a relaxing massage, water circuit and sauna and my wife had a lovely facial treatment. Great laundry service available.

Great secluded and relaxing resort, just what we wanted. The breakfast was included which had an extensive choice of breakfast offerings. We enjoyed the large pool in a lush setting. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of tours in the area that we took full advantage of. Definitely a come back to location. Thanks everyone!

The rooms, the pool, the gym, the food, the hospitality were all spectacular. This was a very special trip for all of us. They even accommodated two people who had dietary restrictions. We all absolutely loved our stay.
